“A cultura desempenha um papel transformador na formação de cidadãos informados, empáticos e conscientes. Para as crianças que enfrentam vulnerabilidades, ela assume o papel de orientar seus passos rumo a um horizonte promissor”, destacou Glaucia Berenice, Secretária Municipal de Assistência Social.
Ela salientou que a conexão com personagens literários e figuras históricas que superaram obstáculos semelhantes pode inspirar os pequenos a perseguirem com determinação seus objetivos educacionais e profissionais. Além disso, programas de expressão artística e cultural concedem às crianças um espaço onde podem dar voz a seus sentimentos e pensamentos, fomentando autoestima, autoexpressão e alicerçando identidades – pilares essenciais para o florescimento pleno de cada indivíduo.
